Spent Xmas at a charming old house on the river. Beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for nearby activities. Breakfast was perfect with yummy French goodies and the quiet gardens were the perfect place for an afternoon stroll.
The accommodations were a bit dated and the bathrooms could use some work. the town was small, so limited dining options were available, and we had to travel a bit out of the way to find activities.

I had the most delightful stay at this historic hotel by the River Rhône. The extensive grounds were perfect for leisurely strolls, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and charming. The restaurant with its large fireplace created a cozy ambiance, and the delicious evening meal was accompanied by a selection of exquisite wines. The rooms, with their lovely views over the gardens, were comfortable and equipped with a good shower. Breakfast was also a treat, with a tasty spread to start the day.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve here!

Guests can enjoy delicious meals at reasonable prices, making it a great place for dining. the hotel is conveniently located near the Sault-Brenaz whitewater park, perfect for adventure travelers.
One downside is that some guests have mentioned that certain areas of the hotel can get crowded, with too much stuff cluttered around, giving the impression of disorganization.
